T. s. "Mirragon" This clone was selected from a group of seedlings in 1990.
Its main attraction is its dark red colour, the shrub remains small 2m x 2m and compact.
Flower size is small with an exaggerated cone shape, bracts are relatively long and dark red as is the flower including the style and stigma.
Flowering time is early in the season.
